AKZO Media was founded in 2010 by a former magazine editor and feature writer. The idea was simple. The Internet, social media, and blogs created a need for content among real estate and mortgage professionals hoping to establish themselves online. But running a business doesn't leave much time for writing blog posts and regularly updating social-media sites. AKZO Media's solution to this time consuming and often expensive problem was to offer a service that creates and delivers high-quality real estate content for an affordable monthly fee. Call it a blog-writing service, social-media marketing solution, or a content-creation company. We call it simple. What do you mean by content? Content is a fancy word for whatever it is you post on your Facebook page, LinkedIn profile, blog, or website. Social-media is powered by content. You need something to share if you hope to have anyone look at your page or blog. In this case, we produce original, real estate and mortgage content five days a week and a monthly email-ready newsletter for you to share with your customers and clients. Our real estate content features industry-specific news, stats, analysis, tips, trends, and topics. The posts are automatically delivered to your blog or email inbox each day along with corresponding photography produced exclusively for AKZO Media. How does it work? Essentially, we produce daily mortgage and real estate content and offer a number of different ways to receive it. We will either send it to you via email or we can set you up with a simple, WordPress blog and post to it for you. If you've got an established website and social-media presence and want our content by email, just choose whether you'd like three or five posts per week. If not, choose our Premium Package and we'll automate the process, so your content appears on your new blog and all of your social-media pages as well. So what comes with the Premium Plan? As a Premium Plan subscriber, we set up a real estate blog at the web address of your choice. Then we add your photo, bio, contact info, logo, and anything else you'd like to include. We'll also add links to any existing social-media sites you maintain and automate your posts, so they're forwarded - wherever possible - to your other online properties. Then we'll start posting daily real estate content. None of this requires anything of you other than supplying us with the appropriate contact and business info. We'll do the setup, hosting, maintenance, and posting for you. What do the Standard and Economy Plans include? Our Standard and Economy Plans, offer you content and the ability to use it however you'd like. We send you a post and an accompanying image via email and you simply copy-and-paste it to your website or social-media pages. Simple, easy, no strings attached. You can post the content anywhere you'd like and can make changes to it if you so choose. The only difference between the two plans is how often you receive our posts. Our Economy Plan sends you a post every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Our Standard Plan offers daily content.
