The Sheffield College is a general Further Education College in the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority, providing high quality academic, technical and vocational training to enhance qualifications, skills and employability across the region. Adopting a 'one college approach', we operate from a number of sites across the city with fantastic facilities at each. We work in close partnership with schools, universities and employers to ensure that our provision is responsive to the needs of the city, our students, and the wider skills market. Barnsley College is a large tertiary college serving Barnsley and the surrounding areas. Newcastle College is a Further Education and Higher Education college based in Newcastle upon Tyne. For those leaving school we offer over 100 courses and apprenticeships to set you up for your chosen career. Degree students are able to choose from over 70 Foundation and Honours Degrees and adult part-time students benefit from over 300 courses Our courses are designed with employers to ensure our course content meets industry demand.
