The company A.I. Tech is a spin-off company of the University of Salerno. It was founded in 2010 drawing from scientific and technological expertise of the research group on Intelligent Machines for the Recognition of Video, Images and Audio (MIVIA Lab), which has been active for over 20 years in international level research in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Artificial Vision and Multimedial Signal Interpretation. Competence areas The scientific know-how of A.I. Tech, enriched with competences on engineering of hardware/software solutions and on embedded systems design, can be exploited in the realization of solutions for the following applications: Intelligent traffic monitoring using video analysis Intelligent surveillance based on video analysis, audio analysis and hybrid audio-video solutions Production quality control and automatic inspection based on image analysis Sound interpretation for ambient security Ambient intelligence Analysis and interpretation of biomedical images
