Tan. Man. Tra. means "protect and defend (nutrition) the body (physiotherapy) and mind (mental wellness)." Ahamyo is composed of two words: Aham (I) and Myo(to return to life). Our goal at Ahmyo is to empower every girl and woman to relive their life by protecting their mind and body.
