Affiniti Finance was founded in 2014 by Ian Cunningham and Nick Shapland. Based on their experience of international litigation funding in the USA and Ireland they created a bespoke funding company that offers innovative and competitively priced financial products. Our products are designed to manage risk, and empower claimants who do not wish to fund their own cases, and/or shoulder the risk of financial loss. We work with only the best Law Firms, who through part of our due diligence process, must share and follow the same or similar values to ourselves.
