Who We Are We are passionate individuals who believe in estate planning. Our Vision To make Singapore the estate planning hub in Asia, and be the association of choice for estate planning practitioners in Singapore and Asia, advocating for better standards and professionalism. Our Mission To enable and equip our members to serve their clients through our Chartered Estate Planning Adviser (CEPA) course. The CEPA identity is represented by the colour purple. It has the highest frequency and is the last colour to dissapear under the deepest ocean pressure. This reflects the standard we uphold. A CEPA adviser stays steady under pressure and remains committed to doing what is right. CEPA Adviser as expected to withstand life's pressure and hold firm to integrity at all times.
