Ascend Consulting Group specializes in elevator consulting services for property developers, REITs, building owners, managers, co-op/condominium boards, engineers, and architects seeking a partner with deep expertise to advise on elevator investment, future planning (short- and long- term), code compliance and project management. Ascend Consulting Group consults on all aspects of elevator optimization and investment, including modernization, evaluation, code compliance, witnessing, maintenance audits, new installation, planning, design build and expediting services.

We are an almost-all volunteer organization with a board of directors, a Leadership Council, and a paid part-time executive director. Many of our 150+ members serve on committees or otherwise help with the day-to-day operation of the organization. In this way, we make friends, develop leadership skills, network with like-minded professionals, and give back to a great cause!
