Our flagship project, 𝗔 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲, is a network of neighborhood of 26 neighbourhood centers across Moscow, offering a total GLA of 373,000 sqm. These centers are thoughtfully designed to combine shopping, entertainment, and well-being in one modern, welcoming environment. With over four million monthly visitors, 𝗔 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 is the largest network of small-format shopping centers in Moscow, renowned for its innovative approach to creating dynamic spaces that cater to both visitors and tenants from retail, F&B, and wellness industries. Our efforts have been recognized with prestigious accolades, including the 𝗥𝗟𝗜 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱, 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 (𝗚𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗔𝘁) and 𝗖𝗥𝗘 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀, reflecting our impact and contribution to the development of the retail real estate industry. In 2026, together with PARUS Asset Management, we announced the establishment of a closed-end investment fund based on 𝗔 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 portfolio, valued at over 50 billion rubles (~$669M USD). It is set to become one of the largest retail real estate funds in the country’s history.
