About us Activity for All (formerly JM Sports Coaching) was established in 2004 with one sole objective – to increase participation in physical activity for ALL ages. Our award-winning teams strive to engage with all community groups and smash any barriers to participation so that everyone can enjoy the lifelong health benefits of regular exercise. Our work In addition to our Sports & Activity centres based in Wirral, Liverpool and Warrington, we host various pop-up events across the north-west, and work alongside schools, businesses, NHS trusts, sports clubs, colleges and community groups to facilitate activity for over 20,000 children & adults each week. We aspire to transform futures and improve lives through the power of physical activity and its proven ability to enrich both physical and mental health. Exercise can come in so many forms and it is our passion to find innovative ways of boosting activity levels so participants can enjoy the immediate health benefits.
