We have re-located our Southport store to: 17 Upton Street, Bundall (Next to The Good Guys). Active Pool Supplies is privately owned and is not beholden to any major equipment or chemical supplier (unlike many of our competitors). We are not a franchise and so we are able to offer competitive prices without the burden of an annual franchise fee. We have expanded our storage facilities and our bulk buying ability allows us to pass the savings to our customers. As members of the Swimming Pool And Spa Association of Queensland (SPASA) we maintain currency with all regulatory requirements as they relate to your swimming pool. We deal with all the major brands of equipment and chemicals, and you will receive independent advice garnered over many years of looking after residential swimming pools. We also deal with many Body Corporate and multi use swimming pools. Active Pool Supplies, Runaway Bay Shopping Village, commenced operations on Lae Drive, Runaway Bay in 1981. Since that time we have been providing for the swimming pool needs of our customers, both residential pools and hi-rise/commercial complexes. In 2007, we added our Southport store which also serves as Head Office and Warehouse. With 10 service vans we had outgrown the space available in our Runaway Bay premises. Our warehouse storage space allows us to buy in bulk and pass the savings to our customers. In November 2010, we re-located to 17 Upton Street, Bundall. This location serves a greater customer base and continues as our Head Office and Warehouse.
