This is not possible with off-the-shelf planning tools and processes. Prior to founding ActionsProve, and for more than two decades, I was a successful and accomplished professional civil engineer, and for most of that time: a principal and major AEC firm owner - yes, actual owner. I spent more than a dozen years alongside planning, designing and implementing a variety of essential infrastructure, education, enterprise, and community development projects in the international non-profit realm that produced true impact and changed lives. I’m also an independent researcher – for over 6 years now co-funding and leading the “Present and Future of Work in Engineering and Architecture” report series. Back in 2017, I wrote: “Reversing Burnout” and in 2024 I released my next book: “Next-Level Leadership” … and coming in 2026, its sequel: “Next-Level Growth & Prosperity: Strategic Firm Advancement in a New Era. An Executive Leader’s Playbook for Becoming the Firm of Choice” – the strategic application of Next-Level Leadership and strategic planning and design principles to organizations.
