Actingworks Information

Actingworks began a few years ago when our founder, Bebie Waller was looking for some interesting after school activities for her son who was at that time in primary school. Being an actress herself with years of experience in theatre and having worked in film, Television and radio and taught actors in New York she opened a drama class for local children. Having studied about education and how children learn, she decided to develop a programme of classes exploring performing arts, music, literacy and numeracy support, foreign language clubs and other fun activities for children and their families, including also children with special needs. There Actingworks was born. The Actingworks team is composed of a group of educators coming from different and fascinating backgrounds such as acting, dance, music, teaching, fitness, visual arts and tour guiding. The whole team shares a passion for learning and teaching, and we believe that the best way of doing this is through meaningful and fun experiences that will leave a positive imprint in our customers. For this reason Actingworks was created to provide educational and interactive activities for children, adults and anybody with an eager inner child.
