ref-ology is a basketball referee development program that teaches officials how to balance inner awareness, composure, and connection so they can lead with clarity and fairness in real time. It goes beyond just rules and mechanics to help officials thrive by building critical life skills that connect everyday life with basketball. The program offers live coaching, film review, and an inclusive community where referees can level up, ask questions, and become situationally competent year-round.
