ACRE Investment Company, LLC is a Northern California based investment firm pursuing value-add commercial and residential real estate opportunities. Partnered with private equity sources, ACRE seeks to acquire or participate in transactions where inefficiencies in the real estate and/or capital markets create opportunity to significantly increase project value. A key ingredient to ACRE’s investment model is the development of strong relationships with stable tenants that have a mutual strategic interest in our real estate acquisitions. These tenant relationships paired with our financing expertise in the creation of capital efficient debt structures has created an impressive track record of strong risk adjusted to our equity sources. ACRE has created a set of programs for site acquisition and build-out of properties specific to the requirements of clients in specific industry segments. These unique programs allow for great flexibility to design real estate leasing structures with tremendous upside to tenants in the form of capital funding, rent abatement and rapid site procurement. The ACRE process starts with market research, site selection and municipal entitlements leading the way to property acquisition by ACRE and turn-key tenant improvements. Since its creation in 2010, ACRE’s real estate acquisitions and transactions have totaled over $175,000,000.
