Hengehold Real Estate is a wholly owned subsidiary of Stonehenge Development Corporation which was incorporated April 11, 1981 in the State of California for the purpose of developing and brokering commercial real estate. The corporation is solely owned by Richard Hengehold. Richard Hengehold started his real estate career in 1977 joining a statewide real estate brokerage company and has been in the real estate brokerage business working full time for 28 years. Hengehold Real Estate specializes in commercial real estate and, more specifically, industrial, office and retail. The sale and leasing of buildings and land has been its primary business. The San Francisco Bay area and the Livermore-Pleasanton-Dublin-San Ramon area have been its target market. Hengehold Real Estate has represented developers, investors or companies who want to own their own facility. We have worked with numerous tenants, buyers/sellers and individuals looking to build their own building, lease, sublease or occupy existing vacant space. Hengehold Real Estate has represented a full range of developers and tenants beginning with the leasing of the smallest industrial or office spaces to the marketing of large business parks. The secret to Hengehold Real Estate's marketing success has been the "hands on" knowledge of the real estate market within our primary target market. Hengehold Real Estate pairs the tenant/landlord or buyer/seller by incorporating a target marketing program and a broad range exposure campaign. This assures complete exposure of the land or building to the companies or individuals in the market. Hengehold Real Estate can do this because of its extensive computer data base of tenants and buyers. We have a business mailing list of over 6,000 companies in the primary target market. We also maintain an active presence by posting your property or space available on the two largest internet multiple listing systems.
