ACE works with New Yorkers who have histories of homeless, incarceration, and addiction to provide the training, work experience, and support they need to reach their goals of full-time employment, economic independence, and family reunification. ACE has established itself as a pioneer service provider by combing workforce development programming with long term mental health counseling and support. Over 3,000 individuals have secured full-time employment and made their transition to independence via ACE's comprehensive programs.
