Accadence Pte Ltd of Singapore was established in 2012 for the delivery of value-added Human Capital Development services, strategic consulting and services to corporates, entrepreneurs and academic institutions including: Accadence offers three one-to-one working methods: Coaching, Mentoring or Career Counseling. We always start a new relationship with a free, no-commitment, “chemistry” meeting to hear the Client's objectives and to explain which method can serve the Client. Only with that understanding do we propose a formal engagement with the Client. Consultations are normally for 90 minutes face-to-face in a confidential space. Alternative arrangements are available for working over a distance or more intensive interventions. Our Executive Coaching is complemented with training services. Accadence offers open-enrollment training programs & skills workshops such as Accadence's Coaching Skills for Leaders workshop.
