ACADEMIC APTOS, LLC Information

Academic Aptos is a homework based tutoring program which provides one-on-one tutoring in any subject, or homework help geared towards each student's primary school curriculum. When students gain confidence in the material and assignments they are working on in school, they can achieve their highest academic potential and excel in their future studies. We provide a foundation to teach students how to learn while helping boost their grades for immediate results. Academic Aptos has been in operation since 2003 in the Aptos Village Square. MEET THE OWNER: Kona Gleitsman has been tutoring for ten years in Berkeley, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, and San Diego. She was born and raised in Santa Cruz and is happy to be back in town after spending eight years living and travelling in various cities and countries around the state and world. She attended UC Berkeley and has earned her B.A. and M.S. degrees. When not tutoring, she shoots photography, and raises and trains horses. Our hours are 2:00-8:00pm, Monday through Thursday, and Sunday by appointment.
