Who we are We're two young MSc in Management graduates who made a simple observation. The market is increasingly complex, and businesses need to be more flexible and responsive. Because their structure prevents them from adapting, pressure on current inefficient models is growing while employees are not as engaged as they could be. Our mission Pave the way for a better management by focusing on common sense and by empowering coworkers, so that business performance and motivation are optimal. What we do Learning Expeditions in unconventional, offbeat businesses worldwide to study their best practices and come back with new and fresh ideas to inspire managemers and business consultants in France.
