Manufacturing a wide array of high quality, customizable, and hand made products, Aatmiya as a social enterprise strives to create more work for more Nepalese women to empower them in providing a sustainable income. Our main product lines include pet and baby toys as well as yoga and lifestyle accessories. We work with our clients to design and craft products that are unique to their boutique and brand. Our artists are able to work within a wide range of products, from every day goods to luxury items, and they love a challenge. We were founded in 2006 under the CITTA foundation with a goal to provide employment to local single women of Bhaktapur. Since then, we have expanded into the artisan district of Lalitpur as a self-sufficient company supplying top quality handmade goods to clients in the USA and Europe that desire to work with a women’s cooperative. Due to this growth, we are able to employ 6 full time women and 35-50 part time workers.
