Since launching in 2000, A. Smith & Co. Productions has become one of the largest production companies in North America, creating over 4,000 hours of programming with budgets totaling well over a billion dollars. A. Smith & Co. has produced over 175 television shows for more than 47 networks and is well known for its high production standards across numerous genres. Outside its success in the domestic content marketplace, A. Smith & Co. has been very successful in exporting its programming internationally, with formats sold to well over 120 territories. In 2011, A. Smith & Co. joined forces with the Tinopolis Group to create a transatlantic television powerhouse, becoming the leading North American television production entity within the Tinopolis organization while gaining the ability to tap into the worldwide resources of the parent company. In 2016, A. Smith & Co. Productions launched three divisions: A. Smith & Co. Dox, the company’s documentary and factual programming arm; A. Smith & Co.
