Pei Wei’s story began in 2000 in Scottsdale, Arizona with a dream of a restaurant that served authentic, Asian-inspired dishes without compromising freshness for speed of service. Twenty-one years later, our story continues. With each plate, our guests enjoy bold, Asian flavors
that couple sit-down quality with take-out convenience. We place an emphasis on preparing our handcrafted dishes with fresh, house-chopped veggies and whole cuts of white-meat chicken and grass-fed flank steak. Pei Wei adheres to quality standards that are unmatched by the competition. The result? Food that’s fresh, fast and flavorful. That’s Pei Wei!
We opened a tiny restaurant 'cause we wanted to have fun at work and cook the kind of food we'd like to eat in our hectic everyday: quick, fresh and yummy! But things kinda got big and now there are almost 100 around the world. Our commitment and passion haven't changed a bit since day 1: we stay true to our origins by offering delicious custom recipes and a great show!
