3W Developments is run by Sam, John and Patricia Whiting. Between them, they manage the project and customer service divisions of the company. The company emulates the success of our predecessors who, since the 1940s, built and renovated thousands of homes across the region. 3W was established to continue offering this high quality service. Our projects range from large, new building projects involving a huge team of skilled craftsman, to smaller extensions and alterations for those who require a professional, reliable service. Our teams consist of only the most skilled and experienced contractors who are trained in their specific field of expertise. We trust them and work with them to ensure they carry out their service to the highest standard.
