Australia's First Purely Wholesale Customs clearance service granted Australian Trusted Trader status. "The Freight Forwarders, Customs and Border Clearance Partner" "The Corporate Brokers Locum" "Compilers & NO OFFSHORING" 3DL is Australia’s Premium Wholesale Customs Clearance, Border Clearance and Trade and Tariff Consultancy service. Don't risk the cheaper options. With over 600 years combined experience at average years of service greater than 16 per Licensed Customs Broker. We have the team with the right qualification and experience, and with greater operational flexibility than any of our competitors. We do not offshore any of our work whatsoever, our clients can therefore be rest assured, their private and commercially sensitive information and trade secrets are kept here in Australia for use by our staff only and only used for the Customs and Border Clearance process that we have been employed to provide. We pride ourselves in Compliance Excellence with a dedicated Internal Auditing process that means we audit 5% of all entries. This auditing system is managed by Kingsleigh Roberts (aka guru) . These audits are carried out internally and are in addition to the targeted intervention regimes the regulators impose, and form the major determination of our individual’s performance based bonuses. Our team is therefore rewarded for “Quality, not Quantity”, which is what our Founder and Director Chris Roberts set out to achieve when planning the creation of 3DL some 9.5 years ago. What we do is our passion, not just our Jobs! "We strive to be the business our customers need us to be, by providing excellent and uncompromisingly successful logistical solutions, allowing our customers to do what they do best."
