1st Locate are an award winning provider of outsourced account, billing & revenue management services. We are trusted by many of the UK's blue chip companies and Central Government to manage their customer account, billing, payments processing and arrears relationships. Since 1999, we have provided a comprehensive range of services through a number of trading styles and subsidiaries. Operating from four sites in the UK (Head Office located in Leeds), our headcount is currently around 250 and rising.
