We are 19York, a silent partner and informal accelerator for best in class, founder led agencies. Founded in 2014 and helmed by marketing industry entrepreneur Martin Lauber, we make minority investments in independent agencies and emerging platforms, then provide the support founders need to scale without giving up control. Our role is simple. We bring capital when it helps and guidance when asked, plus hands on support when it matters. Through strategic investment, lived experience mentorship, and an expert growth team, we help visionary, entrepreneurial founders sharpen strategy, strengthen operations, and accelerate business development so they can scale and expand their vision, deliver excellence to client partners, and create wealth.
