100minds Information

100minds is a unique opportunity for 100 ambitious students currently enrolled in a college or university in Ireland who are looking to stand out from the crowd, who are up for a challenge, want to exercise their entrepreneurial muscles and come up with a unique fundraising project, activity or event to raise €1,000 – or more! Every student who participates in 100minds will be paired up with a 100minds mentor. The role of the 100minds mentor is to motivate the participant in achieving their fundraising goals, advise on any potential project initiatives and provide guidance when needed. Beyond fundraising, 100minds mentors also play an important role in helping students to develop their professional skills. Our 100minds mentors will assist students with their CV, and offer general career guidance and interview tips. Over the years the programme has been fortunate to have amazing mentors from a range of high-profile organisations including Twitter, Google, KPMG, Bank of Ireland, Arthur Cox, Daft.ie, BNY Mellon, Dalata Hotel Group, PWC, LinkedIn, Facebook, Salesforce, Accenture and many more. Since 2013, 100minds has raised over €1.4 million in support of Irish Children’s charities. It is now an annual fundraiser for Children’s Health Foundation, supporting a range of projects for sick children in Children’s Health Ireland hospitals and urgent care centres at Crumlin, Temple Street, Tallaght and Connolly.
