Zyphor is a London-born footwear company built on a simple belief: the way something is made should care as much as the people who wear it. We create 3D-printed, sustainable shoes that blend engineering with emotion – products designed to feel good, do good, and tell a story with every step. That story began with a quiet moment in Hyde Park. Our founder noticed a bird’s nest that had fallen from a tree. On picking it up, he realised the eggs inside were still perfectly protected, held by a delicate web of twigs. It was light, almost fragile to the eye – yet incredibly strong and precise. That natural lattice became the spark for Zyphor: could a shoe protect the foot in the same intelligent way, absorbing impact and cradling what matters most? From that question came StepPrint Technology – our 3D-printed lattice platform – and Elasto, a recyclable and biodegradable elastomer tuned for resilience and comfort. Using 3D scans of real feet and fit data, we shape internal architectures that cushion, support and flex where the body needs it, instead of where tradition dictates. For our partners and customers, Zyphor stands for more than a new look. It is a commitment that Every Step Counts – for the person wearing the shoe, for the performance they demand, and for the planet we share.
