They behave differently under different operating conditions. Their physical state changes over time, and understanding those changes is critical to how batteries should be operated, valued, financed, and managed throughout their lifecycle. Zylectra is building Physical AI for lithium-ion batteries. Our models combine physics, electrochemistry, and real-world battery data to understand how batteries behave and evolve over time not simply identify patterns in historical data. We are starting with Battery Operational Intelligence for EV fleets, BaaS companies, and battery operators helping them understand battery health, track degradation, identify abnormal behavior, and make better decisions about how to manage their assets. Our long-term vision is to build Physical AI that understands batteries across their entire lifecycle from the first cycle to the last.
