One of the most talked about topics in our culture over the past several years has been the legalization of Marijuana. In the past 6 years, 23 states have passed laws to legalize its use recreationally and another 38 have approved it for medical use. Zxerex believes that if we are going to legalize its use, it needs to be with safety on mind when dealing with people who are impaired in public, on the road, or on the job, while at the same time respecting citizens and employees and minimizing wrongful prosecution or termination of employment.
