Zwapp was founded on the belief that we are on the cusp of major change in the way value is transacted. Many non-traditional exchanges in value, today, are manual, but would benefit greatly if executed on top of a transactional platform. One example of this, and where Zwapp will initially focus, is awarding and rewarding employees. Today, prizes and several other employee incentive programs are highly manual processes. By arming employees with easy-to-use mobile apps, these processes not only become more efficient, but a diverse group of allies can be enlisted in helping increase employee purchasing power and wealth.
