Zuffellato Techonlogies is an Italian SME operating in the IT field since 1975 based in Ferrara in the north of Italy. We research, project and develop solutions, afforded to bring a high-level informatization in the business processes. Our products are customized on the consumer's needs and complies very well with the methodologies of the enterprises. Our products distinguish themselves also for their extraordinary integrity, the high technical performances, their simplicity and usability. We develop and commercialise traceability solutions for the food sector, particularly for traceability along the value chain. The core of our vertical solutions is Track Alimenti, an enterprise SW available for several types of commodities: fruit and vegetables, meat, butchery, grain, bakery products and fish industry. In addition, two other specifically design SW for the fruit and vegetable (Track Agri) and butchery and meat-transformation industries (Track Carni) are in the market since 1999. Over 40 years, Zuffellato gained, thanks to his expertise and competence, the important respect of both the end user and the operators of the industry, going through his own local and regional sphere. Our mission in to simplify the way to approach to the Food Industry: • helping our clients to focus on their business without worrying about having to manage complex IT systems; • enabling our partners to conquer a new market through a dynamic and flexible solution: TRACK. Zuffellato facilities extend over 1,000 sq.m. in the industrial part of the city of Ferrara, Emilia Romagna region, Italy.
