zslide was co-founded by Louis Choquel & Bruno Carsenti in December 2000 and created all sorts of innovative digital media software and services before entering the social gaming space in 2007. When Facebook opened its platform in 2007, zSlide made "I Kick You", one of the first flash games leveraging the social graph. Before that, zslide launched pictogame.com a social gaming portal focused on user-generated content and widgets. Following its success with the hit game "Treasure Madness" on Facebook (launched July 2009), zslide focused its business entirely on social games and changed its name to ooblada.
