ZPROEKT has been established in 2003 located in south Brooklyn. The firm specializes in residential, mixed use, retail, hospitality, and office commercial projects. We have an aggressive approach through all phases of the project from schematic design, design development, construction administration to final completion. Ten years ago we set out to prove that intelligent, exciting, evocative architecture can be made in the real world, with real world constraints. Relying on the participatory atmosphere of a studio, our process involves clients, engineers, consultants, and contractors in the development of structures which respond to desire, function and budget. We're neither skyscraper elitists nor superficial designers. We believe in both ideas and profitability, and to achieve success we assess a project by looking at a number of criteria, including: the cultural and economic environment, a client's physical needs and budget constraints, construction techniques, and; branding, marketing, and post-occupancy issues. We use evolving building information modeling design technologies, not only to produce innovative architectural forms, but to streamline the design and construction process, and create new efficiency and cost-savings to keep in line with our core company values: quality, integrity, and respect to deliver client satisfaction and project excellence.
