Zoobe is the world leader in character voice-messaging. Since its launch in 2013 more than 250 million Zoobe video messages have been created and the app has been downloaded by ten million users. Zoobe uses a patent-protected speech recognition technology to synch the lip movements of an animated cartoon character with the audio recording of the user. Within seconds, an individual cartoon video message is created which can then be messaged on a one-to-one basis or shared independently via an accessible link. The technical framework of Zoobe is provided as an SDK for integration in other apps. Zoobe’s international reach has led to major partnerships with companies such as Sony Pictures, FOX, Sanrio, STUDIOCANAL, American Greetings and Capcom. The app had an ever-increasing cast of famous characters to choose from and had 300 variants of their 3D characters with 1000 animations (licensed and in-house IPs). Our Berlin based company with a team of 30 people has the goal to unite technology, entertainment and communication into a comprehensive messaging tool that bridges the gap between entertainment and mobile messaging.
