Originally founded as C. J. Zone Mfg. Co. in 1950, Zone has over 70 years’ experience providing custom engineered gaskets and seals. The goal is to help customers select the right gasket materials to improve the seal, insulation value or sound quality of its products. Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, Zone is centrally located and operates a 130,000 sq. ft. facility capable of full service converting, warehousing and distribution. With additional sales and warehouse locations throughout the US, Mexico and Canada, Zone has the infrastructure in place to manage customer requirements across North America. Additionally, Zone has manufacturing capabilities in China and Mexico developing some of the industry’s best products at the most competitive prices in the market place. New addition in 2016, Zone Enterprises expanded their production facility to Saltillo, Mexico. This facility established local manufacturing, warehousing, JIT and stocking programs to serve customers and deliver the highest quality and best performing products at the lowest possible price. The Mexico operation includes one production facility and seven warehouse locations. ISO9001 certified, Zone has the systems in place to manage its customers’ requirements consistently and efficiently on every order. The goal is simple: continually improve the operation in order to provide customers with the lowest cost products in the industry, on-time and without defect.
