Zoidii Information

If you’re tired of firefighting, giving up your evenings and weekends because of unplanned downtime, then it may be time to switch your maintenance operations to a CMMS. Zoidii can be used by any maintenance team but was specifically built to help teams making the switch from pen and paper, excel or Access. We’ve simplified the transition by keeping familiar working processes. For example, you probably use a whiteboard with sticky notes to plan your work orders, with Zoidii you have a color-coded digital planning board that mimics the way you’re used to working. Our software offers a simple, clever solution built by maintenance folks with more than 20 years’ experience in the industry. Reasons to consider switching: 1. It helps solve the critical problems most maintenance organisations deal with:- regular emergency breakdowns, PMs are out of control, no communication or sharing of knowledge, little or no automation, and no organisation, tracking, or planning. 2. Real-time visibility on maintenance cycles, labour assignment, parts allocations, and maintenance costs. 3. Common CMMS features have been completely rethought, redesigned, and engineered to be simple and easy to use. 4. Zoidii is instantly available and is quick for you to implement – we’ll give you a free trial so you can see for yourself. 5. High adoption rates even with tech avoiders, due to our easy-to-use interface. 6. Quick and easy to onboard new users with a library of video tutorials if they need help.
