Capable was never supposed to mean allowed. Machines are becoming able to do real work. Being able to do something is not the same as being allowed to do it. ZLAR is building force fields around the things that matter. They open only when the right people turn their keys, and every opening leaves proof anyone can check. ZLAR doesn't try to control the AI. It protects what the AI could change. Outside the force field, the AI is free to read, think, plan and prepare. Inside, nothing changes until the right people turn their keys for the exact action they allowed. Money moves. A record changes. Code ships. A door unlocks. Those are the moments that need recognized authority. What works today is deliberately small: a test wallet that a stolen key can't rob, one protected action installed on one real machine, and a public repository that protects itself. GitHub contains the code, the evidence, and the known breaks. The next proof needs a real system someone else owns, where they hold the keys.
