Of course, some Candidates later become permanent employees if it makes sense. ZIPFORCE is always local to the Employer and the Candidate. ZIPFORCE services all industries. ZIPFORCE promotes Candidates by allowing them to create as many professional identities as needed based on your their work experience. ZIPFORCE does not use resumes because they do not work.
