Cotlands is a South African non-profit organisation offering integrated early childhood development programmes that provide care, support and development opportunities to vulnerable young children and their families. Our vision is to see children in South Africa thrive in their formative years. Cotlands' mission is to provide children with effective, high impact health, psychosocial and early learning play based development opportunities to help them thrive.

Since 1986, the Development Action Group (DAG) has worked to transform South Africa’s cities by advancing more inclusive, equitable and resilient forms of urban development. Established during apartheid to challenge spatial exclusion and inequality, DAG continues to work towards a future in which all residents can access well-located land, adequate housing, basic services and economic opportunities, while holding a meaningful influence over the decisions that shape their lives.
