Zero Gluten is a company which offers distribution of exclusive gluten free food products in Canada. After founder Ian Wugalter and his daughter Sophie were diagnosed with Celiac disease, Ian set out to find tasty, nutritious and quality foods for him and his daughter to enjoy. Unfortunately, that was more difficult than originally anticipated. At this time, Ian and Robbie Cohen (co-founder) started the hunt for such products with the goal of allowing the general public to experience the benefits of gluten free products without having to sacrifice the taste. By attending trade shows across North America (and soon Europe) Zero Gluten is able to seek out and sample the tastiest, newest and healthiest gluten free products. They are able to establish relationships with the producers and ensure that they will always have the latest products on the market to bring to Canada.
