Zephyr Venturecraft is an independent advisory practice for biotech and deep-tech founders and investors, built on a decade spent on the operating side: founding and running NanoSyrinx, a synthetic biology company, through six years of fundraising, partnering, and board-level decision-making. I work across three areas: Scientific & R&D advisory — target and modality validation, preclinical and translational roadmaps, scientific due diligence. Commercial & venture strategy — investor narrative, fundraising strategy, partnering and licensing. Fractional leadership — fractional CxO roles, founder sparring, board and investor interface.
