Zephyr Recruiting offers Responsive Recruiting™ for small businesses. We provide professional recruiting solutions for most roles. Responsive Recruiting™ is our term for a specific type of recruiting. In a nut shell we do what you would do if you were to recruit for a new hire yourself - i.e. we respond to your immediate hiring needs. Traditional recruiters spend hours and hours filling a pipeline and database of candidates so they are available at a moments notice - this is a great approach when the recruiter only recruits for one or two types of roles or industries.
