Zephyr Aerospace Information

Zephyr is an italian innovative start-up operating in the field of remotely piloted aircraft systems and, more generally, in the aerospace and defence sectors. Zephyr was created by a team of researcher for the purpose of exploiting in the business world the results of years of academic research in terms of flight mechanics, dynamics and control, for aircraft of any scale and configuration (fixed-wing, rotary-wing, manned, unmanned, OPV). The company was founded in 2017 thanks to the victory of the business idea competition "Nuove Idee Nuove Imprese". Today Zephyr works as engineering consultant for important players in mechanics and aerospace industry. Moreover, the company differs form all the others active in the RPAS (drones) field for the capability to design from scratch optimized remotely controlled vehicles based on the client's technical specifications. Finally, the company offers aerial services on request, having for that a private fleet of RPASs with certified pilots.
