Zeodration is a disruptive technology, a new alternative to the more sophisticated existing drying procedures with regard to natural products (Fruits, Vegetables, Aromatic Herbs, flowers, algae, mushrooms, among others). During the zeodration procedure, the product is dried under vacuum at temperatures close to room temperature (max 25 ° C.). This process results in a very gentle drying operation, preserving and concentrating almost 100% of the integrity of the active ingredients such as vitamins, antioxidants and phytonutrients.
