Mental healthcare in India doesn't fail during the appointment. It fails in the six weeks after it. A psychiatrist sees a patient for thirty minutes. Then — nothing. No mood data. No adherence signal. No early warning that something is sliding. The next visit opens with the hardest question in psychiatry: "So, how have you been?" And nobody quite remembers. That gap is a missing layer. We're building it. ZenQuip — live since July 2026: ▪ The patient app, with Zennie — an AI companion designed around CBT, DBT and MET, working from a library of 35 therapeutic program arcs and 487 exercises. Every one clinician-authored. ▪ ZenDoc — the clinician dashboard: mood trends, adherence and risk signals delivered before the patient walks back in. ▪ AMIRA — the Assistive Medically Intelligent Reasoning Agent, an invite-only prototype that helps psychiatrists compile care plans. One rule, everywhere: the model narrates; it never selects a drug, lab, or exercise. The psychiatrist decides. Always. The result is the continuity loop: visit → structured between-visit capture → a clinician brief before the next visit. Why we work through doctors, not around them: India has ~0.75 psychiatrists per 100,000 people and a treatment gap above 84%. The bottleneck isn't demand — it's clinician throughput. The highest-leverage thing to build is whatever makes one psychiatrist meaningfully more effective. The doctor isn't our channel. The doctor is the distribution model. Founded and clinically led by a practising child & adolescent psychiatrist. Built for India's regulatory rails — DPDPA, ABDM/ABHA, telemedicine guidelines — as design inputs, not afterthoughts.
