We offer a variety of regular and custom classes for all ages (toddlers to adults). Our small group classes focus on specific styles such as; Cardio Conditioning, Pole, Yoga, Dance, etc. These class types are optimal in a social group setting and working in a group, can really help push your results to a new level. We also offer one-on-one sessions which are personally tailored specifically to assist you in achieving your goals in a streamlined approach. Either way, get ready for incredible results both physically and mentally. We can also accommodate private group classes. Have a group of friends who would like a specific class or have a special occasion?... we can do our best to add a class for you. Or, if you would like to join an already existing class, we can help make that happen too.
