Zenion Project Information

We turn the manual work your team repeats every week into automated processes. A typical project frees up 10 to 50 hours a month. Zenion is an AI consultancy in Barcelona for small businesses, with a dedicated vertical in hospitality and food delivery. Everything is built to measure: every screen and every workflow decision is designed around your actual problem. —— WHAT WE DO —— ▸ PROCESS AUTOMATION Paper delivery notes, quotes built from templates, prices compared by hand, tracking in spreadsheets. All the work you have tolerated for years, automated and error-free. ▸ CUSTOM AI AGENTS Agents that carry out specific tasks in your business, designed around the decision you need to solve. ▸ AI INTEGRATION Inside the tools and workflows you already use. Not on a separate island. ▸ TRAINING We teach your team to get real value out of AI in their day-to-day work. —— HOSPITALITY AND DELIVERY —— We manage restaurants' presence on Glovo, Uber Eats and Just Eat: menu, photography, pricing, promotions and ranking inside each platform, and we digitise the business behind it. On our first project, a pizzeria in Barcelona, we tripled sales on Glovo and Uber Eats. If you run a restaurant and the platforms feel like a black box that takes a commission, this is what we do. —— ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF WHAT WE BUILD —— A system that reads a paper delivery note from a photo, checks it against the order, generates quotes and delivery notes from your own templates, calculates VAT and totals, and compares prices. —— HOW WE WORK —— AI is the labour; the engineering and business judgement is ours. We measure results in hours recovered and in sales, not in technology installed. Production stack: Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, n8n, Make and Clay, orchestrating several AI models. —— LET'S TALK —— If manual work repeats every week in your company, or you run a restaurant that is not getting what it should out of delivery, message us.
