We believe the best way to make this happen is by creating the first digital ecosystem around housing. A platform where all stakeholders interact digitally and seamlessly, from tenants to landlords, from banks to estate agents, handymen and property managers alike. With our intelligent platform 'Vermietet.de' we enable tens-of thousands of people to better manage their homes all across Germany. Our product drastically reduces the complexity of owning property. Hausio on the other side takes over all tasks that Landlords want to get rid of with full transparency about our work. Digital processes make us more efficient than anyone else. But this is just the start! We are a young passionate team and strive for nothing less then completely disrupting the property ownership experience. Our goal is to combine new concepts, outstanding product design and technical excellence to deliver awesome services for our users. Zenhomes was founded in late 2016 by experienced entrepreneurs with deep knowledge in tech, product and business. Our young company is located in beautiful Berlin-Mitte and backed by seasoned investors with background in real estate, startups and venture capital.
