Zems Academy also works extensively with NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) clients, providing structured pathways that help young people and adults gain the skills, motivation, and qualifications required to progress into employment, apprenticeships, or further learning. Our training provision spans a wide range of industry-relevant sectors, including: Security – Door Supervisor, CCTV Operator, Physical Intervention and related qualifications Construction – Health & Safety in Construction, CSCS preparation, Traffic Marshal/Banksman and site-related training Hospitality – Food Safety, customer service and hospitality skills development Warehousing and Logistics – Entry-level and progression pathways into warehouse and distribution roles Functional Skills – English and Maths qualifications designed to improve essential workplace competencies At the core of Zems Academy’s approach is a strong emphasis on employment outcomes.
